How to invest in Sagoon?

What happens after you send money?

  • Your money will be deposited in the Prime Trust’s escrow account
  • You will receive an email about the amount you committed and the actual amount you invested. (the entire process will take 3-10 business days, depending upon the payment method you chose)
  • Your investment clearance process will start, which includes money laundering check and bad actors check, among other things. (the entire process will take 3-5 weeks)
  • After the successful completion of the investment clearance process, Sagoon will receive the money from Prime Trust (escrow account)
  • Sagoon will issue you a share certificate, which will be emailed to you. Please note, you should have a valid email address to receive the “Ceremonial” share certificate. Our transfer agent will record your name as a shareholder. These records are “book entry” which means you do not receive a share certificate.
Please note: After you become a shareholder in Sagoon Inc., all your records and books will be maintained and managed by Computershare Inc. – a SEC-registered Transfer Agent.
